The Pine Box Company was conceived from the belief that hand-made, high
quality furniture can be contracted and sold at a comparative cost to the so called ‘quality’ mass-produced pine furniture seen on nearly every high street.
Our aim is to produce individual, handmade pieces of quality furniture, each with their own unique facets, using a
variety of solid timbers, either new or reclaimed, and traditional jointing methods thereby enabling a superior item to be supplied.
Quality pine furniture, often with antique furniture style - using traditional methods we make shelves,
tables, beds, cupboards, kitchens, dressers, butchers blocks, pine boxes, wooden fire surrounds, wine racks, desks, chairs, kitchen units, and even floors.
We are justifiably proud of the quality of our furniture and although we don’t profess to sell it as
antique, we would like to think that the fact that each piece is unique and traditionally constructed, could make these items the antiques of the future.
What do we produce? Well, we do not have a range as such as we supply bespoke furniture to
individual requirements. Your requirements. We use our skills to satisfy your need.
Our site contains photographs and details of a number of items that we have produced in order to give
you an idea of our capabilities. Although modern technology gives us the ability to show this information, getting a feel for the real quality of our work is less easily achieved and we feel that there
is no substitute for direct discussion with us and, if at all possible, a visit so that you can see and feel for yourself the true quality of our work.
